First day at work

Well, first day at work. Woke up at 6 am, took shower, made breakfast, a boiled egg & bread jam. Need to find a good breakfast system for mornings.

I was counting time from the moment I left the home in Dwarka, commutation is time taking. It takes 50 mins to reach from Dwarka to Pragati Maidan by Metro & then Bus 419, so a total of 1.5 hrs to reach office. Thanks god I got my K750i with me to help me in the metro in passing time.

Now, the requirements as I need to fullfill them. I need to bring my workstation here in Delhi, get Airtel broadband connection & get my bike here. I have taken a Idea SIM here. I am buying a Nokia N82 for sure this month, I desprately need a smartphone now. N82 is a must have for my requirment. Idea GPRS isn’t that good but since I will have internet in office & at home, I won’t be requiring GPRS just now.

I just wish I can have my own workstation running Vista in Office, it won’t cost more then 20K including a 19″ LCD Monitor. The AMD config suits best for my needs of developing in Adobe Flex, WPF, Silverlight & Vista. Once deployed properly, this system can beat any other system here sans the Dell workstations with Intel Xeon.

I got a distraction here, Amita. Thanks God I found her, at least there is someone to talk to now. I came to Delhi on 28 & met her in 3Cs on 29th. I have talked to only 1 other neighbour, some gal in the building behind my building, well…something never change, once a flirt…always a flirt :D

I am able to check my yahoo mails on Idea GPRS, so if you need to mail me kindly don’t mail big attachments & prefered not to mail me pdf or doc files etc as I won’t be able to read them in my phone right now & mail me at my Yahoo Mail. I don’t have net at home so all I have is my trust old K750i.
