If U look properly, it won't eat bandwidth cos the background image will remain static & text content will be the only thing loading. But ....I mean .... will the visitors be able to rotate,zoom and pan ? Because if they cant do that, some of the portions like the upcoming SUBMENU will not be properly visible. Now that will take up a lot of bandwidth. Nice concept dude !
